About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse records across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, timely stock reconciliation, and compliance with inventory management processes to support seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy across warehouse locations.
Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
Monitor inward and outward stock movements, ensuring timely system updates.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Operations to resolve stock variances.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for smooth inventory flow.
Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and warehouse compliance standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
