Job Title: Operations Executive – Inventory & Logistics

Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day flow of inventory and logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods, maintaining clear and timely communication across departments and vendors, and keeping all operational documents updated and audit-ready.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight

Monitor stock levels and conduct routine audits for accuracy

Coordinate inward and outward inventory movement

Ensure proper storage and labeling systems are maintained

Logistics & Coordination

Liaise with transporters and suppliers to schedule deliveries and pickups

Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies

Optimize logistics routes and vendor relationships

Documentation Management

Maintain updated records of invoices, delivery notes, GRNs, and stock registers

Ensure compliance with company documentation standards

Support timely filing and digital archiving of operational documents

Communication & Reporting

Communicate clearly with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams

Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory movement and logistical status

Escalate operational issues with actionable suggestions

Timings : 10 to 7

Days : Mon to Sat
