The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. The role involves monitoring stock movement, conducting audits, and minimizing discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Monitor inward and outward stock movement on a daily basis. Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams for stock alignment. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory. Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance wherever applicable. Maintain documentation related to GRN, stock transfers, and returns.
