Role-Inventory Manager

Location -Lado Sarai, New Delhi

Working Hours -9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday off

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Management

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock of fabrics, accessories, consumables, and other store items

. • Establish and monitor reorder levels; coordinate with the accounts team to initiate Purchase Orders on time.

• Follow up proactively with vendors to ensure all orders are fulfilled on schedule and without delays.

• Ensure proper organisation, labelling, and upkeep of all fabric lots in the store. Fabric Issuance & Production Coordination

• Issue fabrics to the production department against cutting orders, ensuring accurate quantities and correct lot allocation.

• Work closely with the production team to anticipate material requirements and prevent shortfalls.

• Maintain meticulous records of fabric issuance, returns, and closing balances. • Track and report fabric wastage and material consumption; flag anomalies to management promptly. Dyeing Operations

• Identify fabrics requiring dyeing based on order sheets and production requirements

. • Cut and issue fabric lots to the dyeing vendor; maintain job-wise tracking of status and quantities.

• Coordinate closely with the dyeing vendor to ensure timely completion and consistent quality of work. Printing Operations

• Issue fabrics for printing against production requirements.

• Coordinate the dispatch of fabric to printing vendors and ensure timely collection once work is complete.

• Ensure all printed fabric is received back at the store in good condition and correctly accounted for. Market & Vendor Visits

• Regularly visit fabric vendors and supplier shops across Delhi to collect fabric lots and production materials.

• Coordinate with transport vendors for timely pickup and delivery of materials to the store

. • Conduct market visits to procure production materials and explore new fabrics, trims, and finishes relevant to Cedar & Pine's collections. Reporting & MIS

• Provide regular MIS reports to management covering stock levels, material consumption, wastage, pending orders, and vendor status.

• Maintain a clean and current inventory system at all times
