Job Summary
The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing daily inventory operations at Derma Touch’s warehouse. The role includes accurate stock handling, maintaining inventory records in systems, monitoring stock movements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Excel, warehouse processes, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory levels across all SKUs.
Perform daily stock counts, reconciliations, and keep inventory data updated in the system.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry products.
Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system data.
Warehouse & Operations
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, outward, and storage.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Ensure proper product handling, labeling, and storage as per company standards.
Monitor return orders and update inventory accordingly.
System & Reporting
Maintain all inventory records in ERP/WMS or any internal system.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Track stock discrepancies and resolve them on priority.
Ensure 100% data accuracy across systems.
Team Coordination
Work closely with warehouse team members and supervise inventory handlers.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and e-commerce operations team.
Assist team members in improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Advanced Excel Skills
Prepare detailed reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, IF functions, and other advanced formulas.
Analyze inventory trends and highlight critical stock levels.
Maintain SKU masters, stock trackers, and productivity sheets.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in inventory management (E-commerce preferred).
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and standard operating procedures.
Good communication and team handling skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
