Job Title: Inventory Manager – Logistics & Dispatch

Location: Burari, Delhi (Near by 5 km Candidate only Prefered)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime and experience handling inward and outward stock processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all inward and outward inventory movements.

• Handle dispatch planning, packaging coordination, and shipment tracking.

• Ensure proper documentation of stock, invoices, delivery challans, and logistics records.

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor store organization to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Update stock entries, purchase, and sales data in Tally Prime.

• Resolve discrepancies related to inventory and dispatches.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock and dispatch activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Executive, or similar role.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).

• Good understanding of logistics, dispatch processes, and inventory control.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication, documentation).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Commerce, or Logistic industry field preferred.

Salary:

• 30k to 35k / Based on experience.
