Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process export and import documentation.
• Draft and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), Commercial Invoice, Packing
List, Shipping Instructions, and Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Follow up with customers for documentation requirements and approvals.
• Maintain shipment records and update documentation in the ERP/system.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and support smooth cargo movement.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding documentation (Import/Export).
• Sound knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
