We are looking for suitable candidates as Import Export Executive, to join our team at AB STOP INDIA, Gurgaon. This role involves managing the international logistics, documentation, customer sales and support service and compliance of goods moving across international borders. You will work as an important part of the export sales team. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Sales and Support service
Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
Prepare and verify documentation (invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations)
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
Negotiate shipping rates and timelines with carriers
Track shipments and resolve delays or issues
Maintain records of all import-export transactions
Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse.
Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
Ensure that all receipts are processed timely.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field; Fresher can also apply who have interest in this field and 1–2-year experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
