Job Description

Prabhuu Exports is looking for an Import Export Executive to support our domestic and international business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential international buyers and business leads.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media and other online sources.

• Communicate with buyers through WhatsApp, Email and Calls.

• Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.

• Prepare and send product details, quotations and business information.

• Follow up with potential customers regularly.

• Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and orders.

• Research international markets and potential buyers.

• Support export-related documentation and basic coordination work.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Work towards generating new business opportunities.

Skills Required

• Good English communication skills

• Good convincing and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good Internet and online research skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to communicate professionally through WhatsApp and Email
