Job Description – CHA Documentation Executive

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the CHA Documentation Department with good knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry independently
Handling import and export documentation activities.
Coordination with customers , shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams. etc
Ensuring timely submission of documents for customs clearance.
Checking and verifying the relevant documents and other shipping documents/ mandatory documents as per customs regulations
Knowledge of ICEGATE/EDI filing procedures. Requirements:

Minimum experience in CHA activities/documentation department.
Further experience in Odex applications etc
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate with minimum experience in CHA documentation
