Kokora Spices Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in premium spices, seasoning blends, and ready-to-cook products. We are expanding our presence in both domestic and international markets and are looking for a dedicated Export Executive to manage export operations and support global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other export documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
Prepare and maintain export-related documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track export shipments and provide shipment updates to international customers.
Manage export orders from receipt to final delivery.
Coordinate with banks regarding export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit), and payment processes.
Maintain records of export transactions and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FSSAI, APEDA, and other export regulations.
Assist in identifying new international markets and supporting export sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
Required Skills
Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
Understanding of Incoterms, Customs, DGFT, and export compliance.
Good communication and email drafting skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
