Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Import Executive to manage import operations and coordinate with foreign clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and spoken English, strong follow-up skills, and thorough knowledge of FOB terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import operations, documentation, and customs clearance.
Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Draft professional emails and maintain client communication.
Proactively follow up to ensure timely shipments and resolve issues.
Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in import operations.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong mail drafting skills for professional correspondence with clients.
Strong knowledge of FOB and international trade practices.
Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
