📢 HIRING – IMPORT EXPORT EXECUTIVE

🏭 Industry: Surgical / Medical Device Manufacturing

Location: Manjusar / Savli, Vadodara
Position: Import Export Executive
Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | Company Payroll

🎓 QUALIFICATION

• Graduate in any stream

• B.Com / BBA candidates will be preferred

• Additional certification in Import–Export Management / EXIM / Logistics will be an added advantage

💼 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3–4 years of continuous relevant experience as an Import Export / EXIM Executive

• Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred

• Candidates with experience in Surgical / Medical Device / Engineering / Pharmaceutical manufacturing will be preferred

📚 REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong knowledge of Import–Export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (BL) / Air Waybill (AWB)

  • Certificate of Origin (COO)

  • Letter of Credit (LC)

  • LUT and related export documentation

• Knowledge of Customs Clearance procedures

• Understanding of HS Codes, customs duties and applicable EXIM procedures

• Basic understanding of DGFT guidelines and regulatory compliance

• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Email communication

• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills

📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle complete Import–Export documentation and coordination.

• Coordinate with CHA / Customs, freight forwarders and shipping lines for clearance and shipment activities.

• Coordinate shipment dispatches and ensure timely movement of goods.

• Track import and export shipments and maintain proper records.

• Maintain required banking and export documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely shipment processing.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable EXIM procedures and company policies.

• Follow up with transporters, logistics partners and other agencies.

• Maintain shipment records, reports and documentation for future reference.

👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and experienced in end-to-end Import–Export operations with good coordination and documentation skills.

Candidates with strong manufacturing-sector EXIM experience are especially encouraged to apply.
