Below is Job Description:

• Generating Sale Orders.

• Maintaining track of the long-term contracts of the clients.

• Scheduling dispatches from factories.

• Co-ordination with factories for timely dispatches of the orders.

• Follow up for the payments to be received.

• Sending samples as per the requirement of the clients.

• Documentation for the samples to be sent (Domestic & Export)

• Ensuring timely dispatches of the samples from the factories.

• Tracking the material sent and ensuring safe receipt of the same to the clients.

• Resolving queries of Sales person if any regarding their sample & order dispatches.

• Maintaining documents regarding sale orders & invoices in a particular file.
