Currently we have an urgent job opening for Operations Executive with one of our clients, located in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Position: Operations Executive 

Experience: 3 – 6 Years  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field. 

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai 

Key Responsibilities:  

Warehouse & Inventory Management 

• Manage warehouse financing activities such as stock pledging and de-pledging. 

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly inventory reconciliations for overseas offices. 

• Declare stock accurately and on time on the FCA portal. 

• Maintain updated and reconciled stock reports in coordination with the accounts team. 

Order Processing & Tracking 

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) after business approval. 

• Update the Order Tracker MOM sheet daily to reflect real-time progress. 

• Track delivery milestones using the Delivery Order Excel sheet. 

Process Management 

• Update daily task worklists aligned with individual Key Result Areas (KRAs). 

• Adopt and report accurately on new tech rollouts and User Acceptance Tests (UATs). 

• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure First-Time-Right (FTR) execution. 

• Attend weekly catch-up calls for country-specific operational updates. 

Financial Support 

• Upload all monthly operational bills (warehouse, fumigation, storage, labor, etc.) for payment approvals in coordination with the finance team. 

Required Skills sets:   

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) 

• Strong documentation and MIS reporting capabilities 

• Effective stakeholder coordination and follow-up 

• Familiarity with inventory control and order-processing workflows 

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence 

• Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environments 

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
