Import Export Executive

We are looking for an Export Executive to join our team at MMS Spares Global Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in export documentation, international customer coordination, shipment tracking, and logistics management. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring smooth export operations while identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in global markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee export operations for automotive and machinery spare parts.

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.

• Communicate with international customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor and track shipments and resolve any issues related to transit or documentation.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities in international markets.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare periodic reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation with 3+ years of experience in Export Operations, International Trade, or Export Documentation. Candidates should have a good understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international logistics.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
