Import Export Executive

Matrix Exports is looking for a highly driven and responsible individual to join our team as an Export Merchandiser Intern. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role offering real exposure to international trade, tenders, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations (inquiry to delivery)

• Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers & logistics partners

• Identify and handle government & private tenders

• Prepare and manage documentation, compliance & submissions

• Support HR and administrative tasks (as required)

• Maintain accurate records and draft professional communications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, HR or related field

• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word & documentation

• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)

• Ability to work independently, multitask & meet deadlines
