Job Title: Export Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and international order processing. The candidate should have knowledge of export-import procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and international clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day export operations and coordinate international shipments

Prepare and verify export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, shipping lines, and transporters for timely shipment dispatch

Manage export orders, shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and documentation follow-ups

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, packing, invoicing, and dispatch

Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations and documentation requirements

Maintain export records, shipment details, and MIS reports

Coordinate with international customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipping documentation

Follow up on export payments and coordinate with the finance team for outstanding invoices and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; relevant export-import qualifications will be an advantage

Prior experience in export documentation and shipment coordination preferred

Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international shipping procedures

Good communication, coordination, and computer skills
