Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with shipping line, warehouse, transporter, customs, and docks personnel to ensure smooth clearance of all import and export processes
Work with multiple customers on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
Responsiveness to customer queries and independently resolving issues and queries on consignments
Preparation of Import Export checklist in USoft software, E-way bill, shipping line bonds, customs bonds, bank guarantee, etc.
Process FSSAI, PQ, and AQ applications
Respond to customs queries by making the required information available
