Hub Lead Job Description:

• Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in Retail Stores, Dark Store, Supermarket, or Online Grocery.

• Should have handled a team.

• Should be able to handle pressure and willing to work in any shift.

• Should have handled day-to-day operations for the dark store.

• Should have a good understanding of inventory, sales, cash handling, and delivery operations.

• Maintain adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, inventory, and team performance.

• Escalate operational issues to management as needed.

• UG or Diploma

• Able to communicate in Tamil and English

• Working Knowledge of Computer and Excel.

• Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.

• Supervise the Executives As per the Shipments.

• Plan according to deliveries

• Ensure all team members are trained and aware of operational standards.

• Sort shipments as per defined routes.

• Create the run sheet/pickup sheet and assign daily work to executives.

• Prepare reports; check and reply to emails.

• Execute Hub work and Prepare and share Daily reports.

• Handle petty cash and participate in delivering shipments/pickups to customers as operationally required.

• Hiring Man power As per the Requirement
