Hub Asisstant

We are looking for a Job Title to join our team at Flipkart. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the Hub Management team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting & Operations: Receive, scan, and sort parcels based on pincodes or routes.

• Inventory Handling: Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and ensuring accurate tagging and packaging.

• Process Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and operational standards.

• Reporting: Maintain records of daily delivery data and report discrepancies or damaged goods to the Hub Incharge.

• Coordination: Act as a central communication hub for delivery associates and logistics executives.

• Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Technical: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and mobile tracking applications.

  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages (if required).

  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of last-mile delivery and warehouse operations.
