Hardware Packing & Assembly Staff

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packing and Assembly Staff for our E-commerce Based hardware manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for assembling hardware items (like door handles and bathroom accessories) and safely packing them for customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Assembly & Fitting: Put together small parts, screws, fittings for door handles and bathroom accessories and pack them into box for dispatch.

• Piece Counting by Weight: Weigh items using a digital scale to inward raw product.

• Quality Check: Check items for scratches, defects, or missing screws before packing.

• Packing & Labeling: Pack items neatly in boxes, stick shipping labels, and prepare orders for courier pickup.

• Stock Keep: Help organize goods and clean the work area.

Job Requirements (Who Can Apply)

• Basic Math Skills: You must know basic addition, multiplication, and weight calculations.

  Quick Example Test:

  If 1 item weighs 10 grams, then 1 KG (1,000 grams) contains 100 pieces.

  You should be able to do simple calculations like this easily on paper or a calculator.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing screws or wrong items in an order.

• Good Hand Coordination: Ability to handle small screws and tools like screw driver.

• Work Ethic: Punctual, honest, and energetic.

• Education: Open to candidates with basic english reading, writing, basic computer and math skills (10th pass / 12th pass preferred).

• Working Hours: [e.g., 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM]

• Salary: 13000 to 17000 (based on week performance)

• Experience: Freshers welcome / [1 year of warehouse or packing experience preferred]
