They will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipment details, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and carriers. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, onboard, and manage new shipper and carrier relationships

Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while maximizing profit margins

Schedule, track, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery

Communicate shipment updates and proactively resolve issues

Maintain accurate records of transactions, load details, and billing

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships

Stay current on market trends and spot rates.
