Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive freight rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. If you thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and have strong negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Source and secure new freight opportunities
Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
Resolve any transportation issues, delays, or claims
Maintain accurate records in TMS and company systems
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
