Executive – Lead Generation & Customer Support
We are looking for a proactive and confident Executive – Lead Generation to join our team at Prima Freight. The role involves connecting with exporters and importers across various industries to identify potential business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Qualification: 12th Pass or above
Experience: 0–3 years
Key Responsibilities
Connect with exporters and importers to understand their shipping requirements.
Make outbound calls to businesses across various industries.
Identify potential shipment inquiries and business opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update lead data in Excel.
Follow up with prospects and record relevant information.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate lead tracking.
Job Requirements
Good communication and telephone conversation skills.
Confidence in speaking with new people and businesses.
Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn about export-import and freight forwarding.
