Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing operations team at Gummidipoondi. The candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and other materials safely and efficiently within the plant premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently as per company safety standards.

• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.

• Transport raw materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility.

• Perform daily forklift inspection and maintain operation logs.

• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials.

• Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and 5S practices.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

• Report equipment issues and support preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma.

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in manufacturing industries.

• Valid Forklift Driving License preferred.

• Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and safety procedures.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
