लॉजिस्टिक्स फ्लोर मैनेजर

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at at Tamiilnadu Thunikkadai. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales floor.

• Monitor and guide sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Allocate staff to different sections based on customer flow and business needs.

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and assistance.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.

• Ensure proper display, folding, tagging, and arrangement of garments and textiles.

• Check stock availability and coordinate with the stock/store team for replenishment.

• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.

• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and attractive at all times.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

• Train new employees on products, customer service, billing procedures, and store policies.

• Motivate the sales team and provide regular feedback on performance.

• Coordinate with the billing/cash counter to ensure smooth customer movement.

• Monitor product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional displays.

• Prevent product damage, misplacement, and stock losses on the sales floor.

• Support stock verification and periodic inventory checks.

• Prepare and report daily sales, staff performance, and floor-related issues to management.

• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and management teams regarding stock requirements.

• Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.

• Support promotional activities, festival sales, and special events.

• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and customer-friendly shopping environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
