Hiring for Cinema Staff
Location: PVR INOX Icon Plaza Mall Muzaffarpur, BIHAR
Profile – Duty officer
Salary: 24000K CTC in hand 19815K
Age: 18 to 32 years
Qualification: Graduate
Shifts: Morning shift 8:00am to 5:00pm
Evening shift: 5:00pm to 2:00am
Duties Responsibility
· Supervise day-to-day cinema operations, including opening and closing the shift
· Manage box office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and floor staff.
· Handle customer complaints, escalations, and guest service issues.
· Monitor cash handling, shift banking, and sales reconciliation.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance across the property.
Skills expected
· Leadership and team supervision.
· Good communication and customer handling.
· Problem-solving under pressure.
· Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems is often preferred
Common requirements
· Experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema operations is commonly preferred
· Hotel management or a related degree/diploma is often listed
· Shift work, weekends, and holidays are usually part of the roll
