• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor (cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, packing). • Ensuredaily/weekly production targets are achieved as per planning. • Allocate manpower and machines efficiently; manage line balancing to avoid bottlenecks. • Monitorworkquality on the floor and coordinate with the QC/QA team to minimize rejections and rework. • Maintainproduction records, daily reports, and update management on floor status. • Ensurediscipline, attendance, and safety compliance among floor staff. • Trainandguidenew workers/helpers on machine operations and SOPs. • Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments for smooth workflow. • Identify and resolve production issues, machine breakdowns, or material shortages promptly. • Reportanydeviations in output, quality, or manpower to the Production Manager.
