🚨 We Are Hiring – Fleet Manager (LCV Operations)

📍 Locations: Ghaziabad, Noida (UP) & Chattarpur, Alipur (Delhi)

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Fleet Manager to handle LCV fleet operations (Tata Ace, 407, Pickup vehicles) across Delhi NCR. The candidate should have strong experience in vehicle management + dispatch planning + driver handling.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🚚 Fleet Management:

• Manage daily operations of LCV fleet (Tata Ace, 407, Pickup)

• Ensure vehicle availability, maintenance & breakdown handling

• Monitor fuel consumption & cost control

• Handle driver hiring, training & retention

🚦 Traffic / Operations:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch for Delhi NCR routes

• Optimize route planning & vehicle utilization

• Ensure on-time delivery & minimize delays

• Coordinate with warehouse & clients for smooth operations

🔹 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in fleet / transport / logistics operations

• Hands-on experience in LCV / local delivery operations

• Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR routes (Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi)

• Experience in handling 20–100 vehicles & drivers

• Good leadership & problem-solving skills

🔹 Preferred Background

• Experience in FMCG / distribution / warehouse logistics

• Worked with local transporters / 3PL companies

🔹 Salary

💰 ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
