Job Overview

We are hiring a Supply Executive for a leading technology-driven logistics organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in fleet operations, vendor management, transportation, or logistics and be capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational requirements on time.

• Onboard and maintain relationships with transport vendors and fleet partners.

• Monitor fleet performance and maintain operational records using MS Excel.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely service delivery.

• Train and guide fleet partners on operational processes and compliance.

• Negotiate with transport vendors to optimize operational costs.

• Maintain accurate reports and support continuous process improvements.
  

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to negotiate and build vendor relationships.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
