Fleet Operations Executive / Ambulance Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Fleet Operations Executive to manage our daily ambulance operations and help us grow.

+Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage ambulance drivers and support staff.

• Prepare and maintain driver duty rosters.

• Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and performance.

• Resolve driver issues and maintain discipline.

• Analyze daily business performance, revenue, expenses, and vehicle utilization.

• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase bookings.

• Coordinate with hospitals, corporate clients, and business partners.

• Ensure all ambulance documents, permits, insurance, and maintenance schedules are up to date.

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

+Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Operations/HR preferred).

• 1 years of experience in fleet management, transport, healthcare operations, or cab fleet operations.

• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary

₹17,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
