Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Your role is split into three critical areas4you are a recruiter first, an operations manager second, and a customer
champion third.
I. Fleet Supply & Hiring (70% KRA)
Supply Planning & Hiring: Undertake aggressive supply planning and hiring of Delivery Partners to maintain target
headcount (e.g., 200 riders).
Recruitment Focus: Your 70% focus must be on continuous field recruitment and stabilisation, ensuring the
headcount is immediately restored when churn occurs.
Retention: Work closely on the retention of recently hired riders to ensure a stable fleet and minimize churn.
Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and extensive training, including explaining the incentive model and
holiday-based boosters.
II. Operational Excellence & Compliance (20% KRA)
Compliance: Maintain operational rigor by ensuring Delivery Partners deliver on time, adhere to scheduled
login/logout times, are properly dressed, and follow all company protocols (SOPs).
Execution: Enable streamlined on-ground operations to ensure on-time delivery with the highest reliability.
Key Initiatives: Drive key central initiatives to scale on-ground operations effectively.
III. Customer Experience & Dispute Resolution (10% KRA)
Dispute Resolution: Should be able to resolve disputes, manage customer queries, escalations, and problems
related to delivery to ensure a flawless customer experience and minimum delivery TAT.
Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Delivery Partner fleet to understand key pain points, seek feedback/insights,
and provide optimal solutions.
