About the role:

We are looking a Field Operations executive for pick up and delivery of parcel/courier/shipments within NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad) in a timely manner.

The Field Operations is responsible for collecting parcels from clients and delivering them safely and on time to customers across NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad). This role is crucial for ensuring smooth last-mile operations and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·       Parcel collection: Pick up shipments from clients as per schedule.

·       Timely delivery: Deliver parcels to customers across Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi within committed timelines.

·       Load at and Pickup from Branch/Hub: Submit collected parcels to branch/hub in the evening/night for dispatch to destination and collect parcels from branch/hub for deliveries.

·       Customer interaction: Collect signatures, verify identity, and ensure proper handover of parcels.

·       Cash handling: Manage COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions accurately and securely.

·       Safety compliance: Adhere to traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

·       Reporting: Update pickup and deliveries in DTDC Mobile application and supervisors on completed pickup, deliveries, delays, or issues faced during operations.

Candidate requirements:

·       Education: Minimum 10th pass (higher qualification is a plus).

·       Experience: Prior experience in courier/logistics preferred but not mandatory.

·       Driving license: Valid two-wheeler license is essential.

·       Own Two-wheeler: Having own two-wheeler and fuel cost will reimburse.

·       Own Mobile: Having android mobile phone/device.

·       Knowledge of NCR: Familiarity with local routes and areas.

·       Soft skills: Punctuality, honesty, and good communication with customers.

·       Physical fitness: Ability to handle parcels and work in field conditions.
