Immediate Hiring – Factory Supervisor (Female Only)

Location: Chittalapakkam, Chennai

Food Industry

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 1 to 2 years in factory supervision

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Rules and Responsibilities:

🔹 Production Oversight: Ensure smooth production operations and meet daily and weekly production targets.

🔹 Quality Control: Monitor product quality, enforce standards, and reduce defects.

🔹 Team Management: Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure team efficiency.

🔹 Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

🔹 Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished goods, and maintain proper stock levels.

🔹 Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports.

🔹 Training & Development: Train new employees and support skill development for existing staff.

🔹 Problem Solving: Identify production issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.

🔹 Equipment Maintenance: Oversee proper maintenance of machinery and production equipment.
