Factory Supervisor

📢Job Title: Factory Supervisor (CNC/VMC) / Production Supervisor

Location: Waghodia GIDC, Vadodara
Industry: Medical Device / Pharma / Engineering Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable Mechanical Engineer (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) to independently manage complete factory operations in a medical-related manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong expertise in CNC/VMC machining, production control, and knowledge of quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle entire factory operations

• Supervise and manage CNC/VMC machine operations

• Plan, monitor, and achieve production targets

• Ensure compliance with GMP / ISO / regulatory standards

• Maintain production records, batch documentation, and reports

• Coordinate with QA/QC departments for quality assurance

• Reduce rejection, improve productivity, and control wastage

• Handle machine maintenance planning and troubleshooting

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and audit readiness

• Lead and manage shop floor manpower

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Note:
Candidates with M.Tech may be considered for senior responsibility and higher salary based on experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor

• Mandatory experience in CNC/VMC machine handling

• Preference: Experience in medical / pharma / precision manufacturing industry

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of machining and production

• Understanding of GMP, ISO, and documentation systems

• Leadership and decision-making ability

• Ability to handle factory operations independently

• Good communication and reporting skills

Other Requirements:

• Candidate should be residing near Waghodia GIDC or ready to relocate

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

• Best in industry (based on experience and capability)

• Higher salary for M.Tech / experienced candidates

Additional Information:

• Company transport facility is not available

• Transport allowance will be provided

• If company transport starts in future, allowance will be discontinued
