We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and worker activities

• Assign tasks to welders, fitters, and helpers as per plan

• Ensure timely completion of production targets

• Check product quality and finish before dispatch

• Maintain raw material and finished stock records

• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely order dispatch

• Coordinate with the management for daily targets

• Handle basic reporting and machine/worker issues

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fabrication/weldshop environment

• Should be able to manage 20–25 workers efficiently

• Discipline, punctuality, and leadership skills are must

• ITI/Diploma background preferred but not mandatory

• Local candidates from Faridabad, Pali, Ballabgarh preferred

• Report issues and progress to Factory/Production Manager

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 5 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
