Factory Supervisor

Job description:

We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor (Male) to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. He will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.

The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing production schedules

• Manage production resources, including equipment and facilities, decide on and order the required resources and ensure stock levels remain adequate

• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed

• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme

• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times and that any concerns are addressed immediately

• Determining quality control standards

• Overseeing production processes

• Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• Supervising and managing the work of junior staff

• Organizing relevant training sessions.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or relevant role

• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Graduate preferred
