Overview The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production planning, inventory control, quality standards, and timely dispatch coordination. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily production as per order schedule (PPC) Allocate manpower and supervise factory workers Ensure production targets are achieved on time Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory Coordinate with Purchase team for material availability Track material consumption and minimize wastage Conduct periodic stock verification Ensure proper quality checks before dispatch Manage challans and dispatch documentation Coordinate logistics and transport scheduling Maintain daily production and inventory reports Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards Key Skills Knowledge of production planning and factory operations Inventory and logistics coordination skills Team supervision and reporting ability Basic MS Excel/Spreadsheets knowledge Problem-solving and accountability Preffered Background 2–4 years experience in manufacturing/factory supervision Experience in furniture, fabrication, fiberglass, or similar production setups preferred Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production is an advantage KPIs On-time production completion Inventory accuracy Dispatch timeline adherence Production efficiency Quality and rework control Documentation accuracy 1307, Shivalik Shilp, Iskon Cross hr@mrgardenr.com 81284 94405 Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
