We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at at Bms Electronics Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day BMS wiring and lithium battery pack assembly activities.

• Handle and guide the production/wiring team.

• Check BMS wiring, battery harness, connectors, terminals, and cable connections.

• Ensure correct wire routing, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.

• Perform or supervise voltage, continuity, and BMS testing using a multimeter and other testing equipment.

• Identify wiring issues and assist the team in troubleshooting.

• Ensure proper quality standards are followed during battery assembly.

• Allocate work to team members and monitor production targets.

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the production floor.

• Coordinate with the production/quality team for smooth operations.

• Maintain basic production and quality records.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role.

• Experience in EV battery, lithium battery, BMS, electrical, automobile, or electronics manufacturing preferred.

• Basic knowledge of lithium battery assembly or BMS wiring is required.

• Practical hands-on experience in lithium battery assembly or BMS wiring will be an added advantage.

• Good team-handling and communication skills.

• Ability to manage workers and achieve daily production targets.

• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
