Production Supervisor – Roll Forming Industry
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our roll forming production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor roll forming machines and production processes for quality and efficiency.
Manage machine operators and production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Minimize downtime by coordinating with the maintenance team.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce production waste.
Train and guide production operators to improve performance.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
3–8 years of experience in a roll forming or sheet metal manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of roll forming machines, production planning, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts when required.
