Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Helper to assist with day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors and other team members with daily tasks.

• Handle, move, load, and unload materials as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

• Assist with packing, sorting, arranging, and handling goods.

• Follow workplace safety rules and instructions.

• Support routine operational and maintenance activities.

• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 8th/10th standard preferred.

• Previous experience as a Helper or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Skills

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety.

• Teamwork and cooperation.

• Time management.

• Responsible and positive attitude.

Working Conditions

• Work may involve standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials.

• May require working in indoor or outdoor environments depending on operational requirements.

Reporting

The Helper will report to the designated Supervisor / Manager.
