We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at at Novel Nutrientss Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹14,000 - ₹19,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist operators and supervisors in daily manufacturing activities.

• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished goods.

• Supply materials to the production line as required.

• Assist in operating machines under the supervision of the operator.

• Support the production team during manufacturing and packing activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.

• Assist in cleaning machines, tools, and work areas.

• Check and arrange materials as instructed by the supervisor.

• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.

• Report machine problems, material shortages, damages, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

• Assist in packing, labelling, stacking, and shifting finished products.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

• Follow production schedules and instructions given by the supervisor.

• Maintain discipline and punctuality at the workplace.

• Support loading and unloading activities when required.

• Assist other departments or team members as instructed.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
