Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and customers for timely shipments.
Track containers and monitor shipment status until delivery.
Maintain export records and documentation as per company requirements.
Generate invoices, maintain accounts, and update export transactions in Tally.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Stores, and Finance to ensure smooth dispatch.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Communicate with overseas customers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in Export Documentation
Knowledge of Packing List preparation and Container Tracking
Proficiency in Tally
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing, Engineering, Metal, Casting, or Foundry Industry
