Salary – 12 K in hand 17,900 K CTC

Reporting To: Export Manager

Job Summary

The Export Executive is responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating international shipments, communicating with overseas clients, and ensuring smooth export operations in compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, etc.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines.

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Communicate with international clients regarding orders, dispatch, and shipment updates.

• Handle customs clearance and export compliance activities.

• Maintain records of export orders and documentation.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth export operations.

• Ensure compliance with international trade rules and company policies.

• Assist in resolving shipment and documentation issues.
