We are seeking a highly confident and fluent Client Communication & International Business Development Executive to represent our company in front of foreign clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international client communication, presenting our products/services in the best possible way, building strong business relationships, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable business proposals.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication and trust-building.

• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring company profitability.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Maintain records of communication and report progress to management.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with a confident and influential communication style.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

• Previous experience in international client handling / export communication / sales will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration / International Business / English / Communication or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in client communication or international sales preferred.

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also welcome.
