Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle — from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely dispatch. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution, high customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Coordination
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers for new orders, order confirmations, and delivery updates.
• Understand customer requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate order entry.
• Share order acknowledgments, proforma invoices, and dispatch details promptly.
• Handle basic post-sales customer support (queries, complaints, and feedback).
2. Order Processing
• Coordinate internally with the production team to check feasibility and delivery timelines.
• Create and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure all required documents (POs, proformas, invoices, packing lists, etc.) are correctly generated and approved.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
3. Production & Logistics Coordination
• Follow up with the production department for urgent or priority orders.
• Work closely with logistics to plan dispatch schedules and shipment tracking.
• Ensure dispatches are made as per customer requirements (labels, documents, packaging, mode of transport).
• Resolve bottlenecks between departments to maintain smooth operations.
4. Sales Support & Reporting
• Assist the Sales Manager in identifying repeat order potential and new opportunities with existing clients.
• Maintain a customer database and order tracking sheet for follow-up and reporting.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on order status, pending orders, and dispatch performance.
• Support in ensuring timely payments by coordinating with accounts and customers.
