Job Description

Glow Pharma Private Limited is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage export operations, documentation, and logistics coordination. The role involves close coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment planning and execution of export consignments.

#### Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters for export shipments.

• Plan export shipments as per delivery schedules and buyer requirements.

• Handle export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, and other required documents.

• Follow up with forwarders, CHA, and transporters for timely movement of cargo.

• Negotiate and fix freight rates with forwarders and transporters.

• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.

• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for export-related documentation and billing.

#### Job Requirements

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in export coordination or logistics.

• Practical knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of EDPMS, ICEGATE, and DGFT procedures will be an added advantage.
