Role & responsibilities:

Handle export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for shipment processing.
Communicate with international customers regarding orders, shipment status, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain export-related reports and records.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
Follow up on payments, LC documents, and shipping schedules.
Coordinate internally with sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely shipments.
Manage export order processing from order confirmation to delivery.
