Ecommerce Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage online marketplace operations for clothing products across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra seller panels.

• Upload and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SKU details, offers, etc.).

• Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate inventory/stock records to avoid overselling or stock shortages.

• Handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and customer order issues.

• Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and order status.

• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace ads.

• Ensure proper catalog management for clothing/fashion products.

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries.

• Resolve marketplace-related issues such as account health, penalties, and delayed shipments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra seller portals.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Experience in clothing/fashion category preferred.

• Strong understanding of order management processes.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel/reporting tools
